I enjoyed watching ASAP’s tribute to Michael Jackson on their show.  I nearly cried when they sung “Man in the Mirror” which is one of my favorite songs.  The lyrics is great and I really love it. Check it out.

It is very unfortunate to know that until now I can’t control my anger. This attitude always brought me a heavy heart especially after the realization process. I admit that this should not be tolerated since this will create a bad reputation of my being. I just hope and pray that I will learn to be patient and forgiving all the time. A simple mistake of someone should be treated with calm heart and understanding. It is innate for human being to commit mistakes once in a while, thus making me similar to others as well.

… when ask if I had my breakfast this morning

….I answered “No, I don’t feel like eating.  I’m still annoyed!”

Sometimes I forgot how miserable life would be to hundreds of people in my country.  They beg for food and even find it in the garbage for survival.  How foolish I am not to see the value of it.  My infliction cannot equate their miserable life here on earth.

I just hope I’ll be more grateful this time.

To be honest I’m afraid of problems sometimes. I easily get nervous of hearing the word itself. I want my life to be perfect away from troubles and heartaches. If possible if only I can run from problems taunting me I will not hesitate to run fast as I could especially now that there is a global crisis thing. But on the other hand, for the past 30 years living on this challenging life here on earth I realized that my hope in the past to become what I am now today is real. It really helps to be an optimistic in everything I do. I believe in my strength and my capability that success can easily be in my grasp as long as I believe that I can have it. Maybe not in an instant, but as long as I know what I am heading into, I have a patient heart to wait. My parent advised is to make sure in trying to live rightfully. Although it is common for us human beings that we are tempted to commit sin, thus, making us not perfect. I am not perfect, but I am grateful of everyday because it is a lifetime gift to reconstruct ourselves once again. Planting good deeds is a promise to harvest good direction as well.

I love to read Harry Potter’s book and I’m proud that I finished reading all of them. But when my boss asked me if I already read the entire Bible’s content, I was ashamed and feel lowly that time. That statement challenges me to read it every day and now I realized how it helps me not to be afraid of anything else except God. I’m blessed that I was able to experience the wonderful gift that God gave me that life on earth is worth living for. Hope is indeed a gift from God.

Finally I already forwarded my application in enrolling my payroll ATM to BPI Save-up.  Honestly, my buddy wanted me to join this since this is the nicest way of saving part of my money during payday that has an insurance coverage as well.  Good thing BPI personnel visited us this morning to introduce this nice offer and encouraging us to save for our future.

Whatever u do, don’t congratulate yourself too much or berate yourself either - ur choices are half chance & so are everybody else’s.

I remembered way back 11 years ago I joined a group which promotes love for nature. As a new member we were oriented about the organization’s mission and vision for us to be aware what we are joining into. Honestly, I was invited by my friend since she knows that I love nature and this will give me a chance to travel the Davao’s neighboring places like Mt. Apo and white beaches of Samal that I wanted to visit. Unfortunately, I failed to climb Mt. Apo up to now because of some considerations. However, I visited some of the beaches and climb a mountain once even though it is not as high as Mt. Apo but, I treasure those memorable moments that make me realized that mistreating mother earth is not a joke. The famous line of our group is that “Take nothing but pictures, leave nothing but footprints, kill nothing but time”, which I really observed my co-members are doing whenever we have our trip. I’ve seen God wonders in unselfishly way that for me it is not fair to misuse it. I dream of visiting different places here and abroad and I hope that it will still be the same-far from destruction and abuse.

Now, that I am working I am proud to say that I still have the organization’s value which is to be responsible. My bf usually throw garbage on the streets that sometimes it annoys me because I believe that if people wanted to solve the country’s problem regarding garbage disposal that results to flood, it will start to person’s willingness to help which is to be responsible in disposing his or her garbage on the right place. I was glad that he bought a little garbage can for his car for supporting me for my fight. I am happy of what he is doing now and I hope that we can be a good example to others as well.

Let’s help mother earth restore its beauty. If we work together nothing is impossible. It’s nice to see green trees, uncontaminated water and clean air that will contribute to healthy living not only for us but also for animals as well.

We often see and hear news from China and Myanmar about the increasing number of victims suffered from a natural calamity lately. We sometimes see this as maybe the result of our careless dealings toward mother earth. The latest talked about problems nowadays is Global Warming and people around the word are campaigning just to resolve this problem. It is so alarming that the negligence we have been doing in the past is now occurring so badly. We don’t want this and yet we continue to neglect. We feel that it is ok but it isn’t. The most unaccepted thing that is some are educated and well informed about caring our planet Earth but they are the one who are violating the rules instead of helping.

We love our families and so we must first take the first step to give them comfort in the future.

It is alright being humble with our own weaknesses. Not all the time we may able to do it without someone’s help. Unknowingly after we shared it with someone, we find peace and comfort of our uneasiness. For me, it is not right to conclude that if we ask help we are stupid. We should think that we are all humans and that it is innate to humans to experience being sad sometimes. Try looking for someone or something that you feel you’re comfortable with. I’m serious, even me sometimes talk to stuff toys or even pets when I’m down. I thought it sounds crazy to share it but I’ve seen someone on TV that they do also . But still, faith with our Almighty is the powerful magic in our lives nowadays. We haven’t seen Him though but we feel Him he’s there always. So let’s not deny the fact that He all created this called Life.
