It is over the news about the recent apology of Senator Sotto about he brought to the Kennedy family. Still, he insisted he didn’t copy it and he just relayed what his Christiam friend texted him. He didn’t know that it was part of the late Senator Rob Kennedy’s speech. The academe as well as some bloggers protested and filed a complaint against him, which is now been trending this month. In fact, this was discussed this morning in “Umagang Kay Ganda” show in Abs-Cbn.
Way back four years ago, I was warned not to copy scripts from other authors and post it on my blog. I was beginner then and I really followed what my mentor told me. Although my blog is so much like a diary, I still posted some statements that I like from my favorite people, but I always make it a point that I gave credit to them so I will not be charged of plagiarism. My blog is my responsibility so I should make it a point not to raise problem in here.
